Situated only 15 minutes from Leeds and Bradford city centres, you’ll be surprised by the idyllic setting, as the course winds gently through the North Leeds countryside.
The front nine is perhaps the most taxing, with daunting water hazards and bunkers coming into play. The most memorable hole is the short par-3 sixth which requires a 150-yard carry to avoid the huge lake.
The back nine could be classed as the more forgiving, with two par-5s and two impressive par-3s, but it is no less blessed in its provision of spectacular views of the Yorkshire Dales.
Setting off this superb layout is the early 18th century clubhouse, ideally-situated adjacent to the 18th green, allowing golfers to relax with fine food and drink to complement a great day’s golf.
