The James Braid-design that sits right on the cusp of the border between Scotland and England was recently selected as an Open Regional Qualifying venue up to 2013, testament to the true championship quality of course at Goswick.

Measuring 6,803 yards over the beautiful Northumbrian coastline - an area of outstanding natural beauty - the layout has been brought up to date with modern technology by renowned designer Frank Pennink, who retained and accentuated the classic features of Braid’s original design.
