Length: 5,542 yards Par: 68 Heathland Course

Located just north of the Scottish Highlands’ capital, Inverness, the course at Muir of Ord Golf Club is set in an area of outstanding scenic beauty.
With the relocation of the Scottish Open - the country’s premier European Tour event - to the Highlands, the spotlight has fallen upon this relatively unheralded region’s golfing credentials.
It is a focus that is sure to take in the parkland delight that awaits at Muir of Ord Golf Club.
A relatively straightforward opening stretch of holes that eases you into the challenge of Muir of Ord. However, be wary of being too easily seduced by the simplicity of the first few holes, as the variety of tests which follow will keep you fully engaged throughout your round.
At just 5,542 yards in length, there are good scores to be had, though accuracy rather than power is key to crafting a low score. Tree-lined, with water a constant feature, it is a golfing challenge which all levels of player are sure to enjoy.
At the club’s warm and welcoming ‘19th hole’, visitors are always invited to relax with a fresh meal and refreshing beverage as you reflect on your experience and eagerly plan your return.
