The course offers a challenge to golfers of all ages and abilities, bringing together a unique blend of links and parkland elements to present an unforgettably distinctive test.
The par-71, 6,214-yard layout was conceived by the legendary course designer and five-time Open champion James Braid, who was most likely drawn to the site’s unrivalled views of the sandy beaches of Skegness and the Norfolk coast. With a
short-game practice area and putting green, there is also ample opportunity to hone your skills before you tee off.
The adjoining hotel makes the ideal destination for an extended break, with 34 well-appointed bedrooms overlooking the golf course. The ‘Braid Bar’ serves bar snacks and a wide range of real ales and lager, while James’ restaurant serves an array of fresh meals. With a function room - the ‘St Andrews Suite’ - North Shore is able to accommodate even the largest of societies.
