Located upon the idyllic Gwent levels in a site of special scientific interest, the family-run Peterstone Lakes Golf Club (P W Millar Golf Ltd) has established itself as one of South Wales’ favourite golfing and society venues.
Opened in 1990, and situated next to the Severn Estuary that laps against the sea wall, Peterstone’s 18-hole course meanders through natural waterways.
The layout has undergone some considerable renovations over the past decade, including new bunkers being built and ditches grassed over. These improvements mean the course is a fair and enjoyable test for all. To complement the course there is also a practice range, putting green, nets and practice bunkers.
A well-stocked golf shop is also at hand to provide golf buggies and trolleys for hire at very competitive rates.
In addition to all this is the superb clubhouse, where a warm and friendly welcome awaits. With a large outdoor patio area that overlooks the 18th green, you can sit and cheer your fellow players home.
Truly, you will struggle to find a more hospitable environment for you and your society to enjoy a day’s golf.
