Societies can rest assured of a warm welcome and a course to be enjoyed year-round when visiting Prestwick St Cuthbert.
Situated on the South West coast of Scotland, one of the finest golfing territories on Earth, the present day JR Stutt-designed course was opened in 1963 after the club was relocated from its original position a mile to the North to make way for Prestwick Airport.
The course has been considerately developed and enhanced since its original design by the planting of thousands of trees that are to be navigated carefully if a player is to emerge with their score intact. Visiting players are often advised to avoid the subtle inclines at the front of many greens that frequently rebuff shy approach shots.
Visiting groups will be offered a genuinely hospitable welcome to Prestwick St Cuthbert, and invited to play from the yellow tees, which, with a par and SSS of 70, offers a challenging yet enjoyable test for the full range of golfing abilities. A friendly, relaxed clubhouse offers a full ‘golfer’s menu’, with pre-booked packages also available. The secretary’s office can provide any equipment or hire items should you require them.
SPECIAL OFFERS - Special 10% discount for groups of 25 or more throughout the year.Ask about the ‘Prestwick Pass’ to play at all three Prestwick golf clubs for a discounted price.
