Course Description
Situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Much Hadham, this family-owned golf course opened on a Pay & Play basis in 1994 and has since blossomed into one of the most popular ‘best value’ golf facilities in the East Hertfordshire region.
It is home to two golf courses, a full-size 18 hole parkland test and a quirky, nine-hole par-3 challenge.
Designed by Martin Gillet, a forward-thinking course architect who has designed a number of golf courses around the United Kingdom, the layout is lovingly tendered to by a dedicated team of greenkeepers and remains in superb condition all year-round.
The rolling parkland course is described as “pardoning for the beginner player yet provides testing conditions for the skilled player”.
There are some excellent holes, including a number of testing par-3s, where club selection is key for a chance at par.
Expect wonderful playing conditions and all-encompassing views throughout your round. Visitors can enjoy the new driving range, private group lessons with a PGA Pro, and the welcoming clubhouse, to complete your society golfing day.
