Course Description

Founded more than 100 years ago, Grim's Dyke Golf Club is nestled inside the M25 and offers a fine place to get away from it all without straying far from the centre of London.

The parkland course is located in the Hatch End district of Pinner in the Greater London borough of Harrow and started life as a nine-hole course in 1910 before a further nine holes were added 13 years later by renowned course architect James Braid.

While being close to London, the course has a tranquil, rural feel with wonderful views over Middlesex, Hertfordshire and North London from many tee boxes.

A tricky par-3 opens the round, with the green surrounded by four bunkers and two large oaks. The key to the tee shot is to hit it long enough and high enough to clear the bunkers and straight enough to miss the trees. The green may look flat at first glance - but take a second look as there are some deceptive lines.

The clubhouse was built in 1936 and over the years it has been altered and improved to incorporate a restaurant and new changing rooms.

Everybody is welcome at Grim's Dyke Golf Club and, with some fantastic offers lying in wait for golf societies to snap up, head there and see why it has built a reputation for being one of the most accessible and friendly golf clubs in Middlesex.
